1 ounce Galena (60minutes)

Mash in 60 minutes @ 150
Mash out 10 minutes @168
I brew this with Safale US -05 ale yeast

This brew takes 6 weeks to mature, I leave it 2 weeks in the fermenter, secondary and dry hop for 2 weeks, bottle age 2 more weeks..
This is a malty IPA with delicate balance between hop bitterness and citrusy flavor..perfect for the 4th.. I just cracked open one after brewing a Bohemian pilsner..
That sounds great!
