That's doesn't mean that it would have done so if Trump had continued Obama's economic structure. In fact, it was predicted by the Dems that Trump's economy would do the opposite of what happened. If you're saying that two different economies would produce the same results, then credit for either is meaningless.

They were two basically different economic structures. It can't rationally be claimed that an economy is an expansion of a totally different one. Of course, you can claim it (spin it) so anyway.

Congress rang up that new debt. The buck stops there. Trump requested a necessary strengthening of the military which is a constitutional responsibility of the federal government. It's up to Congress to either deny the request, or cut other, especially non constitutional, spending to accommodate the necessary military spending.

It's the China virus, not the Trump virus.
