I'll tell you - impressive stuff and a lot different than what we have here in the Northeast USA. Though we do have bluefish / tailors, ours can get to 7-9 kilos and occasionally bigger though I've hear your's can push 12-13 kilos.

Our sharks and tuna come from boat though one adventurous souls is going to land a Giant from the Canal some day

Most of us surf fishing for bigger fish - targetting 20-50# (10-25 kilo) Stripers, do so at night as these fish are much more nocturnal when along the shore. From boat it's around the clock...

Other than the standup gear on 10 rods and Alveys, we use a lot of similar equipment from Abu conventionals (multipliers) to VS spinners and such... Cool stuff. Oh, and little pressure
