Every Democrat I know supports Israel, they just don't support a blind policy to aggression that isn't sufficiently justified and Israel frequently does cross the line with the US blocking them from accountability. I've said many times the situation there is a product of all parties involved.

I don't know if he was a liberal or not but it is a good case for better gun control.
