I have been to a number of these.
so far each one has been held to properly retire flags that have been proudly displayed and are too tattered and worn to continue to be used.
We live in America and freedom is what we stand for.
I am proud to live in a country where I could, If I so chose to, burn a flag to show the ultimate distaste with the leadership of this country.
I hope it never comes to it but with the fiasco of the last 6 years it sure has come close.
Burning a flag is very very powerful speech.
I would be excersising my right to Freedom of speech.
Those freedoms that deserve the most protection are the ones that people are freaking out about when people use them.
the American people have been too quick to give up freedom in the name of percieved safety.
Free Speech can never be given up.
