I def. think all women are offended when they hear the word - even if it is not directed at them. I think she prob. would have lost the job w/the use of the black part. Not sure of the c part.

On 2nd thought, I'll change my answer to the following:

I def. think all women are offended when they hear the word - even if it is not directed at them. I don't know if she would have lost the job w/the use of the black part. If she used the N word, she def. would have lost her job. Not sure of the c part.

I was going to mention her past use of twitter but now that Spence brought it up. Maybe Roseanne was told she was being given a short leash. She is an actress on a prime time show and Bee is on at like 11:00 so maybe they might get treated differently - but I'm just guessing here.
