On another thought if one was to chemically kill a bunch of striper eggs before they could hatch in a river, what is the penalty? Pretty sure you get arrested for killing unborn fish, but its ok to kill unborn humans.
Or if I owned a pregnant dog and it killed her puppies (because she bred with an unwanted breed)... I'd get arrested for that too... we humans are a weird bunch....
