Could be a couple of things...

Date and time off on your PC....that'll give you similar errors
Outdated browser...but you'd probably get pop-ups or messages to update your browser along with these errors

More likely, it's the website, not a virus at all...just how they're set up. All depends on the protocol used when they set up the site
http vs https ("s" meaning secure).. https sites use encryption when exchanging information which better protects your anonymity. Not that anythings perfect, but it gives you an added layer of protection versus sites that do not use the "secure" protocol. GooglesChrome is just making a point to let you know...It costs a little more too..in case you're wondering why all sites don't go that route, Static IP, SSL certificate...
