Nice job Phil.
We got one last week same size on a whiting.
Ate mine using Chinese 5 spice, poppy seeds and black pepper.
Rub just a little olive oil on the fish to get the mix to stix.
Sear for 1 minute or less on each side
mmmm....like tuna ice cream
