A friend picked up a few of these at a yard sale last Summer along with some older Gibbs Pencils in Squid color so I think this may be a Gibbs pencil but I'm not sure. The paint is flat and grommet on the tail says Sampson, NY. Is this a Gibbs pencil or "other"?

Thoughts appreciated.
