That's OK. Think about this. We haven't had a re-evaluation in 6 years. Just had what is called a "statistical re-evaluation". My property value went up over $200,000.
Not saying that they are wrong. I am saying Holy #^&#^&#^&#^&!!!! I didn't think it was worth $600K.
