Roman Polanski is a famous director who was convicted in court of drugging and violently raping a child (I think a 13 year old), and he fled to Europe. Hollywood gave him a standing ovation not that long ago, long after we knew he was a child rapist.
So you tell me WDMSO, other than hypocrisy, why is a child rapist still embraced in Hollywood, but someone who calls people nasty names, isn't?
That's one example. I could go on all day. Look at the way they treated Sarah Palin, the things they said about her.
It's more acceptable to abuse conservatives, than it is to abuse liberals (and those sympathetic to liberalism). If Rosanne made fun of Sarah Sanders, there would have been zero outrage.
