Hell, animal control won't even remove numerous feral cats from an area. They (or some animal group) said they came around neighborhood, trapped the cats, spayed them, and let them go!
Firstly, they apparently missed at least one of each sex, seen kittens (
) and secondly, using that strategy I have to put up with them through 9 lives, 8-10 yrs or whatever.
