That all depends on what you are looking for, what type of rod you use?? If you are looking for a certain weight spook you will have to play around with body size and with weighting. Do you plan on throwing them with a heavy rod say 10 feet long?? Maybe go a bit large with it. If a lighter rod, something say 9 feet....maybe on the smaller side? Not much help but as I say its all depending on what exactly you are looking for in a spook?

Search the site for pics of others spooks and go from there!
