Spin it however you’d like but Ron DeSantis targeting Disney’s 55-year old charter for political revenge is peak big government overreach.

Oh, so now you're on the side of the oligarch--spin it however you'd like. Disney is pushing it's mighty political clout around lying about and trying to defeat a popular bill. Game on and you side with the big corporation against the will of the people--hypocrite.

The fire department, power plant and roads that Disney currently funds would then be paid for by Florida taxpayers.

What would stop Disney from providing the funds?

He’s just itching to be POTUS and have more power to threaten people and things he doesn't like.

Naw . . . he's just itching to be POTUS in order to "help" people and things he likes--the American people, for instance.

Stating the obvious here, people who want power so they can punish their enemies should never be given any power. Public office is a position of trust that should be reserved for those who seek to help people.

DeSantis wants to "help" the people of Florida. Disney wants to "help" itself. Public office in a constitutional republic such as ours should be "reserved" for those who seek to uphold the Constitution and protect our inalienable rights.

Of course, being an authoritarian, you favor government that has the power to decide what is good for the people and to punish those who oppose the government's "help" and the government's way of providing that "help." How dare the citizens criticize and oppose the decisions of those running government agencies! What hubris for parents to object to what is being taught in schools! Do they actually think they know better what's good for their children than government experts!?!

I didn't guess this would be the clarion call of 21st century conservatism. It's a list of stuff they hate. That's literally the only thing that binds them together.

"Conservatives" are bound together by the things they love. Progressives, including you, hate "conservatism."
You'd do anything, tell any lie, to destroy "conservatism."

I can't imagine being like that. It would be hellish.
But you are like that. Maybe that's why you sound so hellish.
