Fundrasing Event To Benefit the Burn Foundation & Leary Fire Fighter Foundation

All, I am hosting an event on 11/12/10 at West End Johnnies, (Near the Boston Garden). John R, gave me the go ahead to put a note up here.
Tickets are $25 and include a raffle ticket, food, music and donation to the cause.

We are currently seeking donations for our raffle and silent auction.

The Impact Initiative is a charitable association created to further the philanthropic objectives of the Impact Realty Partnership, a Boston based real estate firm committed to giving 10% of its profit to charitable causes. By hosting fund raising and community service events, The Impact Initiative increases financial support and community awareness for many deserving charitable organizations.

During the past 12 months, the Impact Realty Partnership and The Impact Initiative have donated thousands of dollars to an array of wonderful local charities and causes. Recipients of recent donations have included: The Boston Firefighters Burn Foundation,
The Fishing Academy, August Scholars @ The Learning Project, Bowen Cooperative School in Newton MA., & The Allston-Brighton Community Thanksgiving Dinner.

All proceeds from this year’s benefit will be split between the Boston Firefighters Burn Foundation and the Leary Firefighter’s Foundation. In a time when municipal budgets are being slashed, and community needs are increasing, we feel that these organizations are very deserving of our efforts.

Any items you may be able to donate (gift certificates, event tickets, services, travel vouchers, vacation homes for rent, etc.) would be put to good use, and greatly appreciated by everyone involved with this event. Your company will be publicly recognized for its donation, and your information will be clearly displayed throughout the event. In the past, this event has produced over 100 guests each year. Due to growing popularity and enhanced outreach techniques, we anticipate the number of guests to be 150-200 this year, providing an excellent opportunity for company exposure. Additionally, for any donations valued at $125 or less, you will receive one free admission to the event. For any donations valued over $125, you will receive free admission for two.
