Fishing glove recommendation?

Well I have Raynaud's disease and since I'll be fishing the winter for the first time I'm going to need fishing gloves. Typically I avoid them because of the obvious reasons of line tying and they get in the way of everything but I'm not fond of the thought of frostbite and numbness.

Any recommendations without costing a fortune? I'll be going from the kayak and they will be in use from Autumn to Spring. Slit finger gloves would be ideal.

Hope everyone had a great holiday!
