And who ever claimed it was unconstitutional. The same thing happened when Arnold got elected It’s clearly a crazy process and even crazier in liberal state ..
To have such a low bar to reverse or remove someone ,voted into office with the majority of Votes that’s not taking away voters power at the ballot box ..


Not much different then our 50 50 senate
