I usually put the large tip and needle in my Badger and spray Bin thru it, this gives me the best finish.....if I feel lazy I'll spray the Bin in the spray can, but their nozzle reaaaaally puts out too much paint, gotta hold the plug at arm's length and waste a lot of paint.
I have not found a spraycan primer that would build up like the Bins does, I use 2 wet double coats and hang 'em for a couple of days, then sand off the gloss, and the extra build helps to keep me from sanding off the primer at corners and such.
Downside is having to clean the gun after priming
