You are spot on. I had originally listed @ $14,900 last fall with some interest. This spring I reduced to $11,500 with little inquiry. The marina here in Wareham had a waiting list up until last year. Location is perfect for the west end of the Canal and Buzzards Bay but they're looking for customers to fill those empty slips.

Fishsmith... I have another 3 weeks and hopefully at $9500 will find someone out there who loves Buzzards Bay.

Chunkah..My wife was my 1st Mate both on and off the water as she loved to be out there. Take her out on one of Ron's charters and she may be your 1st mate.
