Folks,

Some of you know that I am a real estate investor. I just sold a property and I need to do a tax exchange. Which means I have to identify and purchase replacement property quickly. If any of you own or know anyone that owns property that would like to sell. PM me.

As far as the seller goes it is a regular, conventional sale. I will consider anything in MASS or RI.
