You do realize without eminent domain we wouldn't have streets or highways or natural gas pipelines and even electricity. He offered her a million to sell and she refused. He then sought to use eminent domain but lost in court. I see his actions as a person who finds ways to get things done. The people get compensated for their property if it is taken by eminent domain so it isn't as though their property got stolen.
