Couple things to consider;
How level is the area?
Still need footings.
What will finished elevation be?
Use proper fasteners for PT frame, even if set just off ground
don't forget to figure for finish trim, if any, when sizing your frame.
Go just under 16' so you can cut/ square ends if you have 16' stock
