Hi All Mass Residents,
After yesterday's news about the alarming rise in COVID cases in Massachusetts in the last two weeks, the state health department is asking all residents over the age of 14 to take the following survey:

Things are rapidly evolving and the state can use all the help it can get to combat things before they get back to April levels.
