The biggest issue is you don't understand auto manufacturers are NOT going to design and build vehicles for dozens of different markets and globally they realize lower or zero emission is what the future will demand. Trump is ignorant if he thinks this move will do anything to suddenly change the course of design in the auto industry, this is Trump being Trump.
