IMO-Sidenote: I often read of guys peeling the shell off...???
I never saw the advantage??...In fact, I feel just the opposite

I like cutting a bunch of crabs once I'm set up on the spot...then I'll grab handfuls of legs, quickly mince and toss over the side.
