You're fine as long as you're NEVER late with a payment and you NEVER make a cliam. Then they are your friend.

But, be late one time or actually need the service you've been paying them for for years, and they drop you like a diseased rat.

Shop around and make it a point to tell them EXACTLY what you think of them and why you are canceling their auto policies.

Oh, and if you prepaid your auto policy for the year, they should reimburse you a prorated amount for the portion of the year you won't be covered by them.
