You got it CS.... one thing I've learned... the quiet ones, that present themselves as aloof and dumb.. more often than not, there the sharpest of the sharpies... I've been lucky enough to have a couple open up like the floodgates of the Hoover Dam... sometimes it's info overload.... another tip... always buy the coffee AND the doughnuts
while your doing the asking and hunting for info...it helps!
