Sounds like you are blaming the victims a bit.
Here we go. In the latest London attack, one of the terrorists came to England
as a refugee with his parents. While there, his rotten fellow citizens helped him secure a job, a place to live, and an education for his children. But he was pushed into it by those racists hatemongers in Britain.
