The synagogue says not only were the synagogue kids devastated, but synagogue elders were astonished because they would have moved the beehive immediately if their neighbors (the McCloskeys) had simply talked to them.
They are the toxic sue-happy neighbor or family member everybody hopes they never have but all have heard of. King of frivolous lawsuits, swindler of his mother’s estate; McCloskey was written out of his father’s will. Yep he sued Dad too, along with cousins..Serial lawsuit filer.

They also sued to keep a gay family out of their neighborhood claiming the association didn't allow non married couples.
