It is interesting that the Democratic Administration of your president slipped a provision in last weeks spending bill of which exempts the U.S. Department of Education from robocalling student loan debtors....Parents, if UUUU co signed a student loan they may Be coming after U.....do not blame the FCC they have blocked patitions from 21 companies that have tried to weaken the aspects of do not call law.... here the FCC is trying to strengthen the law and your president has taken it away....another aspect of this bill says debt collectors can also call friends and relatives of the debtor and call several times a day....OBAMA'S administration asked congress to allow more aggresive collection techniques
Spence please do not tell us that it is not a democrat thing...will give credit to Warren(D), Markey(D), Mike Lee(R) and Hatch(R)...they only get a little credit for speaken out but they have not produced a bill to stop this....
