This highlights, for me, that in these times what is the most important factor in your choice of POTUS in 2012 is not how well they deliver a speech, or handle hit-job interviews, or even how they will "fix" the economy, but who they will appoint to the Supreme Court. There will probably be a couple of seats available on the Court, as well as the usual numerous lower and district courts.
