she can try to shut down all of these rogue clinics in Mass that somehow outnumber her favored legitimate clinics 3 to 1 and apparently continue operating unregulated and in violation of the Geneva Convention if she wants to try and her constituents agree......when it comes to other states she should stfu...nobody there(other states) elected her to anything
