If she cared about helping blacks, she would tell them to stop having 75% of their kids out of wedlock. Or even better, she'll "promise" that if they vote for her (as many times as they can) that SHE"LL fix the problem!
Boy I really dream of the good old days when politicians would lie about "no new taxes" and no one paid with their lives!
