Well no ban, but I'm starting to like the punishment more and more. Its makes the yanks pay out his contract. It suspends him for a long time. Ad it puts a guy who has an unnatural need for people to love him in ballparks where everyone hates him for the rest of his career.
Kinda like life in prison vs death sentence.
