I have never seen this one before. A friend of mine found it at Gooseberry last fall. Anyone know what this is???

Boy, that thing is way different, isn't it? I was surprised to see a manufacturer's stamp on it. Looks way over thought.

from bob hart's website.

Staying in New England again this month for another group of lures made by one of the smaller Massachusetts tackle companies. This months' lures are made by the Blue Streak Tackle Co. I don't have much history on this company but from what I can gather they started in the 1950's as the E & E Tackle Co. in Waltham, Mass. They made an odd looking metal lipped swimmer that is pictured below. Stamped on the belly, E & E Tackle Co., O. H. Everett & R. O. Everett. Waltham, Mass. Pat. Pending. And if I remember right I think I've also seen a popper of some sort like this too. The lure had a crude paint job which usually didn't hold up, this is the best example I've seen to date.

T.L - Thanks for figuring that out for me! I knew someone would know about it. Think it's worth anything in it's less than desirable condition?

that guy on e-bay has more $$$ than butt hairs, u can't go by that pricing, he''l pay 3 times what something is worth. which is good for the seller but screws up the market as a whole.

BOAT fish do count.

CapeSams is right on with that. I remember when Ed Poore and his kid did the same at the Old Bourne's Auctions in Hyannis buying up everthing at inflated bids and making the market bear prices for plugs that were totally none realistic. I tried to deal with him once when he wanted me to trade him one of my Creek Chub Underwater Gar minnow plugs in perfect condition. He wanted to give me an old beat to death Fishmaster Bass-Aqua w/ no box for a plug worth near 700.00! I was insulted and told him so. I told him that he insulted my intelligence and left. Later when I acquired the first Stan Gibbs plug ever made I found out that Stan had only offered it to two people, myself and Ed. He told Ed the price, which was 300.00. Stan Told me Ed told him it wasn't worth anywhere near that price and made a counter offer. Stan decided that it would go to me at that moment when Ed was still talking even if I couldn't afford $300.00.
