I'd have to say boat. I never really got into surfing. It reminds me too much of ski-ing. It's a long ride out.....for a fast ride in. Not to mention, I can't skateboard....so my balance on a surfboard is that much worse.
What does surfing have to do with fishing anyway?

Surf cuz I love it...I also don't have a boat that I would use on the open ocean, but if I did, I'd still stand on land more than boat.
