Football Training Camp for the Patriots start July 28th or 29th I believe.
As for me fishing plans, I think I'm gonna hit the Canal tonight, work all day tomorrow helping my brother work on his new apartment building, and then maybe some more fishing tomorrow night, and then Sunday, possibly more fishing, god willing.

Taking a trip to central jersey for a while to check out these big blues that I keep hearing about in the surf.

When I caught my first bass I was hooked more than the fish.

Just got back from Maine, so I'm regrouping, but if I don't feel like crap I might try for some stripers tomorrow. I've got to pull the boat out and give it a clean too, it's about a month overdue.

Big family weekend for everyone I see.
Me too, I have family travelling in from out of state, so my fishing plans are pretty much screwed.
Was planning on spending the whole weekend out on the cape casting away. Instead I will be entertaining my parents. My dad loves to fish, but sadly, with the little time we have together, I do not think I can pull me and him out to fish. Not to mention, he is a freshwater boat fisherman. Dragging him around on rocks and beachs casting in the middle of the night is not something I think I can convince him to do. I could probably get him out if I had a spot where I new I would be catching (not just fishing) that had easy access. Or if I had a boat.
But short of that, I hope to maybe get out for a few hours at dusk today. And hopefully after they leave on Sunday - dusk sunday until sun-up monday before work, I plan to put some time in.
I know it is not the first choice for a lot of people on here, but if I cannot find the striped-ones, I would love to get into a blue fish blitz.
anyways tight lines everyone

Work on House tonight
Saturday I'm having a father-daughter day (I have a lot of father-son days so I need to even things up) Taking her to see Beauty and the Beast and then out to dinner and an Ice Cream for dessert.
Sunday I have work on the house, a Wake, and a Softball Game.
There will be some serious Fishing withdrawals come Monday
