Don't think it will build into the first hurricane, but it will still give some fun waves for ri on tues/weds. Anyone else surf on this site? What about fishing how does a tropical storm effect the fish?

Looking forward to some waves this week as well as I haven't gotten much surfing in this summer. I've never had much luck fishing heavy surf but I'm sure the more experienced guys will have $.02 to share....

There goes my shot for tuna this week

So crossing the Sound on the ferry from Orient Point Thursday morning could be somewhat of an adventure for my 8 year old? And then by the time I get to the Cape the storm could be pushing large fish toward shore. Oh this is truly a dream come true.

I was out this morning from Sakonett Point to Lands Ends, nice white water. The waves were nice easy breakers (2 to 4 feet) great to fish, and the fishing was great.

Looks like dawn patrol down in Narragansett is in order.
