Help Me!!!!!!
I am going to re-create my girlfriend's prom. When I first dated her, my feelings were huge and confused. She asked me to be her prom date. I turned her down because I didn't want to deal with teen BS. But I danced with her and kissed her. I went with her friend, Lily. I caved in because Linh begged me to. Lily has no date for her prom. I caved in because of her and I wanted to go with Linh. Now I regreted it. She is going to WIT this fall. I want to make her feel special and her remaining HS spirit to be memorable and special one. I need a place where I can bring her for a walk, dinning, and dancing aroudn the cape. if you see me, please dont ask me to fish at the moment, and no fish porn tale to tempt me. lol.
No rowdy place. PLS GIVE ME IDEAS, people!!! I am doing this because I am...you know it. That's why I ain't fishing much.

Notaro - I feel your pain -
But consider this advice from Old Uncle Crafty -
Women are all over the place 12 months a year - the striped bass come and then leave us in the fall and leave us broken-hearted for the winter.
Okay, alright......young love is a powerful emotion, I know.
This girl Linh - can she fish?

Young one, listen to the wise Uncle Crafty......... Put together a thoughtful (thoughtful is important and wins many points ) picnic and go for a romantic evening at one of the beautiful fishing uuummmm, I mean picnic spots along the coast, enjoy a romantic evening and then do some fishing together.
You will be a much happier man for the remainder of your life if she learns to fish. Most ladies are more impressed with the amount of thought you put into something rather than how much you spend, the ones that aren't ain't worth having around...
If fishing is definitly out for this particular event, a picnic and walk are always good, jus tgo on a lowtide night so you can check out the structure.

Joe
dont and I repeat dont take her fishing . If she doesnt like fishing , then doing fishing related stuff probably wont go over well . If your plan is something to make her feel special . fishing isnt it ! take her to a nice romantic restaurant and a nice walk on the beach ( the beach is very romantic and you can check out the structure ) . Get her some flowers and listen to her ramblings . you can fish after your special time together is over . you will impress her if you dont even bring up fishing during the night . Let her bring it up !
a nice but costly restaurant is the chatham bars inn , In chatham across from the water and down the block from the chatham lighthouse ( good walking beach ) . very romantic ( I know from expierence ) ! show her some romance and she will show you some romance .
thats my 1/2 cent worth of info .

Some great ideas geing given out here. Another one, try and think back over all your conversations with this girl and try to pick out one little thing she said relating to something she wants to do. Once done, take that tidbit, do your homework and put a romantic spin on it and your golden!
Ex: a year ago you remember her saying she wants to climb a mountain. The himalayas are too far, and you can't get up to NH, so scout out the trails on Blue Hill, pack picnic materials in a backpack (labeled important hiking stuff), march her up to the top and work your magic. Sounds corney, and it is, but these things will work wonders.....and you know what happens when the wonders are worked.

She once wanted to go to Toronto, but failed to go. I plan to take her to Toronto during our spring break. And also she wanted to visit her homeland, Vietnam. thats a little a lot for me now. im going to do something small, but good and great.

Here's one for you. Use the Picnic idea but try and make Vietnamese Dishes for it. Then when your out there you can say something like..... this may not be your homeland but we're at least under the very same moon and stars.
Sap it up as much as you can.....maybe you can play the moon and stars angle later when you want her to fish at night w/ you

yes, that would be great for daytime. at night, , im going to take her out to a restaurant and dance in my beasement where i set up a version of her Newton North High School prom night and hit the big screen tv with vietnamese songs where we can read the words and feel the beat (we are deaf). and i will barriciade the basement... oh man, i cant wait for her to get back from NH, she is in a private campground (a place that has outdoor luxuries and convience for people who dont know how to enjoy the true concept of the camping).
i have becoming more sappier than before.
Chris, i leave that idea out until things go first, u know? to tell you the truth, i have never done anythign romantic and positive like what i am planning to do.
