Talking Dogfish Day Afternoon!

Fished today off the Raider Nation with Raider Ron.........if it wasn't for the 2 bass and 2 blues we caught, we would have caught alot more dogfish! They were everywhere! We ran into a small pod of blues on top and I grabbed a nice one on my 9' surfrod (gotta have my pluggin' rod with me).....Ron had a short jerk his arm off moments later and then the dogs came barkin' at our door......we moved and they moved.....I later got a short and Ron a blue.....and we were done but we had alot of fun!

Ran into many site members out there.....Fisherwoman was out there with Schoolie Monster......we saw Van, Moosenuckle and the Sea Monkey himself! Nice seeing you guys and thanks again Ron for a great time!

Almost time to get our fish on!!!

Hey Larry,
It was nice to see you out on the high seas. I just have one question for you. The fish that you got on the boat, do they count?

Larry,
It was dock monkey, then he moved up to river monkey!
Now he's bay monkey, so once he gets out to the open water he will be Sea Monkey!!!

Bad then good then bad then good

First I get to the dock with 2 guys I am taking out from work.
Plop goes my cell phone into the drink----BAD

Fished the bay 1 small bass, moved to inner harbor 1 nicer bass, moved to the outer harbor 1 even nicer bass.----GOOD

OK tides low I take them outside for some blue fish action. Come across Shietloads of finning fish, they are everwhere, but they wont take a lure ????? What the F#$% ???? Get close enough,,,they are dogs, thousands of them on top just rolling around-----BAD

Move a mile or 2 away start smacking blues on wire----GOOD
The guys had a great time, i never even reeled in a fish myself.
Nice to have some laughs on the radio too. Moosenuckle needs therapy !!!!! Well I got the day off to go find a new phone.. . Heres a pic of one of the better fish.

Van,
Don't you know,
I was there earlier,
and all those dogs were feeding on the dogs I released there,
After I broke their noses and or cut them up of course
