Unhappy Got a peak at my old motor today...

Finally had them take the blown engine apart to see what happend. No sign of overheating and it looks like everthing was well oiled. Everything looked great. Infact I was supprised to see how clean everthing was inside.
What appears to have happend is the 2 dollar bolt that holds the lower bearing on either backed off or possibly broke off once that came off it went to hellinahandbasket pretty quick, the connecting rod is banged up and the top part of the bearing is split from banging around in there...but again, no sign of bad lube or overheating.

Sad a 2 dollar part cause a castrophic problem like this. Time to move on.
