Last year many of the PI regulars complained the migration had mostly passed them by.

Lookin for my big'un!

I think the whole migration is delayed. We are catching mostly local fish in RI. You can tell by the color. When the Cape fish come through they are lighter because they live on sand all summer. The fish I have been catching are green, not black like the Maine fish and not light like the Cape fish so I figure the migration hasn't really started. Might be a few fish headed South but no big push yet. Water temp on the South Coast is still 65

No boat, back in the suds.

Dead on the in coming this AM from Half Tide Rocks to the point.

If you go, bring a harpoon. Plenty of seals in the rips off Woodbridge.

Fished the Newburyport side yesterday (incoming and outgoing tides). There were alot of lines in the water, but outside of a few baitfish on the surface in the a.m., it was very quiet.....Too quiet.....
