well, if 7 out of the 10 mill actually goes to buy up watershed land around BB that is pretty good and 2 goes into a fund to future cleanup unknown offender spills that is also good.

I am a huge skeptic when it comes to money that comes along like that......it just never seems to get where it is supposed to go!

Read the article though...the guys who CONTROL the money are the FEDS and the board can spend the money ANYWHERE on the east coast...like NC or NJ or even FL...
