Christmas ornament?
After harassing the schoolies all weekend long we thought we would try the night time bite. My first December keeper, I know only 31'', but it's December. Mrstriper looked over when I hooked up and said "Is that your drag?" I borrowed my sons fresh water rod so it was a great fight. Maybe the fall run has just started? My wife won't let me hang it on the tree, go figure.

The point is that we , in general, let everything go...and that this was not a thread intended for someone to strike a discussion about the morality of keeping fish to eat...I think it was awesome that we were able to find KEEPER size bass in Dec....If someone wants to b@tch or comment about taking fish home, they should start a new thread.

Hey... Nice December Bass, enjoy it, and good for you out there catching
No matter how big a fish, it seems, someone is never too busy to tell ya, ya shoulda put it back..... and it don't matter how many you put back before it...... anyway, thats a good "eatin" size, for shore.
