File Saving Problem/Question

I downloaded a program demo for particleillusion today and i did a whole bunch of stuff and made a few newavatar things for here for me.. the thing is when i goto save it i can't conver the file type from an ".ip3" program to like a .jpg or .gif i have trie uploading these to many image hosts and nobody will take them.. anyone know how i could convert the files? these are kinda like flash animations but their not flash.

I don't know what kind of software you have,If you have a digital camera that takes Mpegs it should of came with software so you can manipulate,render and change the image format Giff,Tiff,Targa,Bit map,Jpeg,Mpeg ect....
You should be able to down load software from www.downloads.com there you can get just about anything you need for all of your computer needs,for free!

I use Photoshop7.0 I dunno what everybody eles use's but I like it.
