I heard they are having ribbon cutting ceremonies in Indianapolis on Monday for a new "domed" 18 hole golf course built for folks who don't play well on natural grass!  Peyton Manning is the guest of honor!  |

They have a Work-Release Program w/ the local courses so they can caddy....But they have to make sure they keep up w/ their Substance Abuse Program or that benefit is taken away. |
