Did Bob Pond ever make these out of wood or were they always plastic?

Yes he did. I have one and the nose isnt as round as the plastic ones.. my camera is at work, otherwise i would post a pic for you .

Larry .. look at the some plugs thread.... if memory serves me correct, there are pics of some in there. If not, well, look around, I know I've seen pictures of them posted in here somewhere.
Search under Flap, Adam R, VB, or CS, bet you'll find it under one of them fellas

I checked in there Karl...lots to look through and I might have missed them, all I could find were the pastic ones. Just more of a curious question than anything else. Thanks all.

that's either adam's or bob hart's pic... loose the tail an second back hook....put a ring and a 5/0 treble on the front

Tony, It had to be in 1945 then. I don't think that is the way it went down. Wishfull thinking on thier part but not true. I need another sock, my feets is cold!

Ch#^^^^^&g the reverse Atom was a ball. Especially after they were made or adapted with holes for the water to fill em up!! Deadly in the Canal when we had Squid by the ton. I used to use a Harnel Rod and 140 Sqidder with Assinippe rag line. ( the origional braid!!!)
