Fish18- after you left he yanked the door off my furnace and it shattered across my floor. i asked him if he had been drinking and he denied it but i could smell it on him. Anyway, I cast a new door and should be able to work agian on saturday......I never ever loose my cool, but I was pretty close to giving him teh 3rd degree.
Thanks for bringing all that wood down

Just curious, and this may be a dumb question....why do you care if the herring around in the streams?
Is it becasue its a sign the bass will show up soon?
Is it because you're looking to net them for bait?
In my fishing expericnce, herring do not play a part in my strategt, just curious, maybe Im missing something.

RIJIMMY, its one of the first signs of life after a long winter.... it means that the bass will be here in a few weeks, it means you can go grab some bait if you wish, it means freshwater action is about to heat up... I think it means different things to different people. And if you think it doesnt affect your fishing, then that is fine. However, up until mid june it might effect your fishing and you wont even realize it... know what i mean?
