Bass packed with squid

My girlfriends sister and kids are up from Louisiana so they came along to watch me fish.So I brought along my old chunkin' Ugly Stik so they'd have something to watch.

I baited it with squid.No sooner do I put it in the spike than the pole starts
bending.This fish was 32-34"s but it musta weighed damn close to 20lbs.It was
absolutely fat.When I did the autopsy it had so many squid in various degrees of
digestion it boggled the mind.And these squid were huge.

A very rarely ever bait fish.Its been a long time since I caught using bait.It was
fun.

The whole time there was huge school of blues out a distance that finally moved in close.I musta caught a dozen of them.They were spittin up silversides by the ton.

My girl's sister had her digital camera so I'll actually will be able to post a pic of this fish soon as she emails it to me.No waiting to finish the roll of film this time.
